How does this work?

This usually happens during due diligence because you'll already be at the property.

I need you and anyone you want on camera for ~2-4 hours each to get the most compelling amount of footage of you. Early morning and sunset are best times to film but not required.

I will record the property for 2 days. I want 2 sunrises and 2 sunsets because that is when the light is best for filming and will display your property at it's best.

Do I need this?

A realtor could technically take a low resolution cell phone image of a luxury high rise put it on Zillow and say they listed it, but is that what will show them in the best light?
